This is some of what will change the world."

Some are still being offered. For any enquiries about facilitating an event for your group/community, or designing a workshop, ritual, or training specific to your needs please contact me.

SINGING THE WILD HEART

The Healing Art of Lament

ONE DAY WORKSHOP

This gathering offers an opportunity to remember and reclaim the healing power of Lament. We will explore the history of this ancient and near-universal tradition, and engage practices drawn from the Finnish model of Lament as a healing modality, with its roots in traditional Karelian singing, and a modern revival form of Irish Keening. Through song, sound, word, and ritual gesture we will metabolize and transform our grief into gifts of praise and beauty, deepen belonging, and find new ways to respond to the sorrows in our lives and of our world.

DRINKING FROM THE WELL

The Sacred Work of Grief

Through ritual, storytelling, poetry, council, and song, this community gathering offers an opportunity to explore the journey of grief as a sacred pathway toward deep transformation, by honoring the loss and longing that gives rise to our grief and metabolizing its bitter medicine into gifts of beauty, meaning, and belonging.
