"Lara wove so many profound and thought provoking ideas into this workshop

that my head is still spinning. I am so inspired to learn more."

AUDIO/VIDEO RESOURCES

Below is a selection of videos from some people whose work I am most influenced and inspired by, several of whom I have studied or trained with in person. While their teachings may differ, they share common themes through their love of the natural world, reverence for the interconnectedness of all life, and trust in the inherent beauty and resilience of the human spirit. In a culture that does not initiate people into wise adulthood or honor ancestors, we must seek elders who can inspire and nourish us, and bring us back into the circle of belonging. In them we can hear the echoes of our deep time ancestors' voices landing in our hearts, teaching us how to live a sacred life.
