"Lara has been able to guide me to a point of clarity and forward momentum that has not been achieved by years of counseling. I am absolutely floored by her ability to guide and support me in this way."

PRIVATE SESSIONS
“Be of good courage as all is before you, and time passed in the difficult is never lost.
In the difficult are the friendly forces, the hands that work on us.”
~ Rainer Maria Rilke ~
I offer a collaborative space dedicated to your healing and growth, providing relationally focused, somatic, and integrative support to help you connect deeply with your innate wisdom. My aim is to support you in processing and integrating difficult life experiences, cultivating peace and well-being in the present, and building a meaningful future. My work draws from experiential and holistic therapies, and integrates insights from attachment science, systems theory, interpersonal neurobiology, and consciousness studies.
In our sessions, we will work together to support your unlearning of old, protective survival habits and access your most authentic self. While old coping strategies served an important purpose in helping you survive past challenges, they may now be blocking your ability to respond wholeheartedly in the present. By gently peeling back the layers, we will help you tune back into your inner voice and gain the clarity and self-compassion needed to nurture yourself, reclaim your agency, and build empowered relationships with others.
Sessions are typically 60-90 minutes long and may take place virtually or in-person. I operate a sliding scale and am sometimes able to provide pro bono sessions to those with severely limited resources. I offer an initial 15-20 minute consultation to answer any questions you have, and to see if we feel like a good fit. Please reach out if you would like to connect, and we can set something up.

“We must learn to listen to and trust our body's internal wisdom,
as it holds the key to our healing.”
