"Lara has been able to guide me to a point of clarity and forward momentum that has not been achieved by years of counseling. I am absolutely floored by her ability to guide and support me in this way."

INDIVIDUAL SESSIONS
“Be of good courage as all is before you, and time passed in the difficult is never lost.
In the difficult are the friendly forces, the hands that work on us.”
~ Rainer Maria Rilke ~
I offer relational, experiential, somatically focused support from a trauma-informed, attachment-based, integrative approach that acknowledges the connection between mind, body, and spirit in processing and integrating our life experiences. My work draws from a range of experiential therapies, including parts work, depth work, systemic constellations, somatic healing, and grief work. In addition, I incorporate many insights from neuroscience, attachment theory, systems theory, consciousness studies, and other disciplines.
My aim is to support self-awareness and emotional growth resilience by peeling back the layers of social and cultural conditioning that may have helped us to survive difficult experiences in the past but may be blocking our ability to respond in an embodied and authentic way to life in the present. Creating access to our innate natural wisdom increases our capacity to understand and care for our needs and to build more authentic and empowered relationships with others, leading to a greater sense of wholeness, balance, and peace.
Sessions are typically 60-90 minutes long and may take place virtually or in-person. I operate a sliding scale and am sometimes able to provide pro bono sessions to those with severely limited resources. I offer an initial 15-20 minute consultation to answer any questions you have, and to see if we feel like a good fit. Please reach out if you would like to connect, and we can set something up.

“We must learn to listen to and trust our body's internal wisdom,
as it holds the key to our healing..”
