" Thank you Lara for creating such beautiful, powerful spaces for us
all to find this kind of healing and support."
Welcome. My name is Lara Lwin Treadaway. I walked through fire and ashes to get here. Now I offer support to others as they walk through the fire and ashes of their lives. I trust that if we can walk with compassion, courage, and curiosity, staying open to the possibility that our hearts and souls can be enriched and ennobled by the challenges and hardships of life, then we can turn that fire into good fuel for the journey.
I provide soul mentoring to offer guidance for life's difficult passages and for restoring connection to our deep inner wisdom and the wisdom of the wild. I offer grief counseling to offer support for all forms of grief and loss, including the death of beloved ones, relationship endings, ecological grief, ancestral wounds, and chronic illness. I also offer in-depth healing intensives and ritual support in-person or at a distance.
I create and facilitate community events, including circles, workshops, land-based retreats, rituals, and ceremonies, that are designed to cultivate and nurture beauty, meaning, resilience, and belonging. My community work draws from and weaves together a range of inter-related perspectives and practices that foster and deepen connection within ourselves, between each other, and with the more-than-human world.
“Be of good courage as all is before you, and time passed in the difficult is never lost.
In the difficult are the friendly forces, the hands that work on us.”
Rainer Maria Rilke
