" Thank you Lara for creating such beautiful, powerful spaces for us

all to find this kind of healing and support."

Gwen Moore

Welcome. My name is Lara Lwin Treadaway. I have walked through fire and ashes to get here. Now I offer support and guidance to others as they walk through the fire and ashes of their lives. I trust that if we can walk with compassion, courage, and curiosity, and stay open to the reality that our hearts and minds can be enriched and ennobled by life's trials, then we can begin to turn our pain into good fuel for the journey.

I offer depth work sessions for connecting with, listening to, retrieving, and integrating the parts of us that are hurting, and for reconnecting with our deep inner wisdom. I offer grief work to provide support and guidance for any journey through grief and loss, including from the death of loved ones, ancestral wounds, chronic illness, broken dreams, family conflicts, or any experience of grief. I also offer healing intensives

I create and facilitate community gatherings, including circles, workshops, retreats, rituals, and ceremonies that foster and nurture greater resilience, meaning, beauty, and belonging in a difficult world. My community work draws from and weaves together a wide range of perspectives and practices that cultivate, restore, and deepen connection within ourselves, between each other, and with the more-than-human world.

Be of good courage as all is before you, and time passed in the difficult is never lost.

In the difficult are the friendly forces, the hands that work on us.”

Rainer Maria Rilke
