"Lara is amazingly insightful and knows how to help you go into the many layers of what is preventing you from living the life you want."
Kyle Isaacs, Monroe, OR
Welcome. My name is Lara Lwin Treadaway. I offer support and guidance for walking with courage, curiosity, and compassion through the fire and ashes of our lives. I am passionate about facilitating ways to metabolize and alchemize painful experiences into good fuel for the journey, trusting in the paradox that opening wholeheartedly to all that life brings, no matter how difficult, or even unbearable, is the path of peace.
As a healing arts practitioner I draw from a range of modalities to support the depth work of reconciling and re-integrating parts that have been hurt or lost along the way, and the grief work of navigating experiences of grief and loss, including life transitions, unresolved conflicts, traumatic events, bereavement, chronic illness, and ecological grief. I also offer entheogenic support and integration, and in-person healing retreats.
As a group facilitator I have created and led hundreds of communal gatherings including workshops, retreats, healing and restorative circles, trainings, community rituals, and ceremonies. My group work weaves perspectives and practices that foster and nurture courage, compassion, authenticity, meaning, and belonging to restore and deepen our connection within ourselves, between each other, and with the natural world.
“Be of good courage as all is before you, and time passed in the difficult is never lost.
In the difficult are the friendly forces, the hands that work on us.”
Rainer Maria Rilke
