WELCOME

Welcome to Wholehearted Path. My name is Lara Lwin Treadaway. It is my privilege to walk alongside you on the path to transforming the pain of your past, embracing life wholeheartedly in the present, and stepping into a future aligned with your truest self. For over two decades, I have supported individuals, couples, families, and groups on their journeys to deep transformation through an integrative approach that is somatically focused, experiential, and relationally dynamic. I draw from a rich tapestry of advanced modalities and cutting-edge psychedelic frameworks to cultivate healing at the root, right where trauma and relational blocks live. Rather than simply talking about pain, my work honors the wisdom of the body and is guided by a deep trust in our innate capacity to heal.

To support your unique rhythm, my practice holds space for a diverse spectrum of human experiences and challenges. I offer specialized care for those navigating the heavy landscapes of anxiety, depression, complex and developmental trauma, attachment issues, chronic illness, and somatization. Whether you are moving through a challenging life transition, experiencing identity or existential crossroads, managing relational conflict, or carrying the weight of grief and loss, my door is open to you. I also support clients navigating a variety of medicine frameworks, focusing on primary consciousness and nervous system healing. Across all of these areas, I offer private sessions to individuals, couples, and families, personalized healing retreats, and structured group workshops and group retreats.

My commitment to this work is deeply personal, shaped by my own lived experience as a trauma survivor who found renewal by returning to the safety of the body and the natural world. This journey also inspired me to establish Wild Peace Sanctuary on the Oregon Coast, a land-based therapeutic farm that serves as an adjunct to my work here at Wholehearted Path. Home to a blended herd of wild horses, wild burros, domestic donkeys, and goats, the sanctuary offers a unique space where we can work collaboratively to co-create a living ecosystem of healing. Through symbiotic, reciprocal relationships between humans, animals, and the land, we address the root causes of our challenges and begin to heal each other through mutual care. This land-based practice honors the profound truth that when we extend care to the vulnerable spaces around us, we mirror and accelerate the deep reclamation of safety within ourselves.

Know that you yourself are essential to this world. Believe that.

Understand both the blessing and the burden of that.

You yourself are desperately needed to save the Soul of this World.

Did you think you were put here for something less?
