" Thank you Lara for creating such beautiful, powerful spaces for us
all to find this kind of healing and support."
Welcome. My name is Lara Lwin Treadaway. I have walked through many hardships to get here. Now I offer support to others as they walk through the hardships of their lives. I trust that when we can learn how to walk with compassion, courage, and curiosity, and stay open to the possibility that our hearts and minds can be enriched and ennobled by the trials of life, then we begin to turn our pain into fuel for the journey.
I offer soul healing sessions for retrieving and integrating the parts of us that were lost along the way, and for reconnecting with our inner wisdom. I offer grief support to provide companionship and guidance for the journey through grief and loss, whether from the death of loved ones, ancestral trauma, chronic illness, relationship endings, family conflicts, or any experience of grief. I also offer 1:1 healing intensives.
I create and facilitate community gatherings, including circles, workshops, retreats, rituals, and ceremonies, to foster and nurture greater resilience, meaning, beauty, and belonging in these difficult times. My community work draws from and weaves together a range of perspectives and practices designed to cultivate and deepen connection within ourselves, between each other, and with the more-than-human world.
“Be of good courage as all is before you, and time passed in the difficult is never lost.
In the difficult are the friendly forces, the hands that work on us.”
Rainer Maria Rilke
