"Lara is amazingly insightful and knows how to help you go into the many layers
of what is preventing you from living the life you want."

WELCOME
Welcome. My name is Lara Lwin Treadaway. I offer support and guidance for walking through the fire and ashes of our lives with courage, compassion and curiosity. In more than two decades of working with individuals, families, and groups, I have come to trust in a wholehearted approach to working with life's difficulties and challenges, moving beyond blame and shame and transforming our pain into medicine for the world.
I provide support for many issues, including; PTSD and relational (complex) trauma, attachment injury and boundary issues, systemic imbalances such as workplace bullying or narcissistic family systems, ancestral wounding, intractable conflicts, bereavement, divorce, ecological grief, living with chronic illness or terminal diagnosis, and sitting/integration support for plant medicine journeys. I also offer customized healing retreats.
As a facilitator I have created and led hundreds of events including workshops, retreats, healing and peacemaking circles, trainings, community rituals and ceremonies. My group work weaves perspectives and practices that are aimed at cultivating and nurturing authenticity, compassion, meaning, and belonging in service to restoring and deepening our connection within ourselves, between each other, and with the natural world.

“Be of good courage as all is before you, and time passed in the difficult is never lost.
In the difficult are the friendly forces, the hands that work on us.”
~
Rainer Maria Rilke
