"Lara is amazingly insightful and knows how to help you go into the many layers of what is preventing you from living the life you want."
Kyle Isaacs, Monroe, OR
Welcome. My name is Lara Lwin Treadaway. I have walked through fire and ashes to get here. Now I offer support and guidance to others as they walk through the fire and ashes of their lives. I trust that when we can walk with compassion, courage, and curiosity, remaining open to the possibility that we can be enriched and ennobled by the hardships of life, then we can begin to turn our pain into good fuel for the journey.
As a healing arts practitioner I work with a range of inter-related modalities to support the soul work of reconnecting with, welcoming, and integrating those parts of us that have been hurt, lost, or exiled along the way, and the grief work of moving through experiences of deep loss, including the death of loved ones, difficult life transitions, chronic illness, and eco-grief. I also offer single day and multiple day healing intensives.
As a group workshop and retreat facilitator I have created and led hundreds of gatherings including healing circles, workshops, land-based retreats, trainings, and community rituals. My group work weaves perspectives and practices that can foster and nurture greater courage, resilience, meaning, and belonging, in order to restore and deepen our connection within ourselves, between each other, and with the natural world.
“Be of good courage as all is before you, and time passed in the difficult is never lost.
In the difficult are the friendly forces, the hands that work on us.”
Rainer Maria Rilke
