"Lara is amazingly insightful and knows how to help you go into the many layers of what is preventing you from living the life you want."
Kyle Isaacs, Monroe, OR
Welcome. My name is Lara Lwin Treadaway. I have walked through fire and ashes to get here. Now I offer support and guidance to others as they walk through the fire and ashes of their own lives. I trust that when we can walk with compassion, courage, and curiosity, remaining open to the possibility that our souls can be enriched and ennobled by the hardships of life, then we can begin to turn our pain into fuel for the journey.
As a healing arts practitioner I draw from a range of modalities to support the depth work of reconciling and re-integrating parts of us that have been hurt along the way, and the grief work of navigating experiences of grief and loss, including major life transitions, unresolved conflicts or traumas, the death of loved ones, chronic illness, and ecological grief. I also offer entheogenic support and integration work, and healing retreats.
As a group facilitator I have created and led hundreds of communal gatherings including workshops, retreats, healing and restorative circles, trainings, community rituals, and ceremonies. My group work weaves perspectives and practices that foster and nurture courage, compassion, authenticity, meaning, and belonging to restore and deepen our connection within ourselves, between each other, and with the natural world.
“Be of good courage as all is before you, and time passed in the difficult is never lost.
In the difficult are the friendly forces, the hands that work on us.”
Rainer Maria Rilke
