"Lara is amazingly insightful and knows how to help you go into the many layers

of what is preventing you from living the life you want."

WELCOME

Welcome. My name is Lara Lwin Treadaway. I offer support and guidance for walking through the fire and ashes of our lives with courage, compassion and curiosity. In more than two decades of working with individuals, families, and groups, I have developed a wholehearted approach to working with life's difficulties, one that cultivates and deepens our sense of humanity as we metabolize our pain into medicine for the world.

I work with many challenges, including single event PTSD and relational (complex) trauma, attachment and boundary issues, depression and anxiety, ancestral trauma, relationship conflicts, all forms of grief (including bereavement, ecological grief, and complicated grief), chronic or terminal illness, and other issues. I also provide sitting and integration support for psychedelic therapies, and offer customized healing retreats

As a facilitator, I create and lead group gatherings including workshops, retreats, healing and peacemaking circles, trainings, communal ceremonies and rituals. My group work weaves perspectives and practices aimed at cultivating and nurturing authenticity, compassion, meaning, belonging, and wisdom, in service to restoring and deepening our connection within ourselves, between each other, and with the natural world.

“Be of good courage as all is before you, and time passed in the difficult is never lost.

In the difficult are the friendly forces, the hands that work on us.”

~
